Friday session – Black belts & Brown belt only
6:00pm to 9:00pm Focusing on Kata & applications
Saturday session
10:00am to 2:00pm – ALL GRADES
Focusing on: Power & condition training & kumite. Kumite drills. Chishi & Sanchin. Pads and bag work & conditioning. Mat work & grappling techniques
Costs
Adults – Both days £40 One day £25
Cadets – Both days £25. One day £15
