Irikumi course

SUNDAY 19TH JANUARY 10.00 – 13.00
We are excited to announce an upcoming Irikumi sparring course at NSK Dojo run by the EGKA chief instructor Sensei Ernie.
No gi is required for this session—just come in comfortable casual wear that allows for easy movement.
If you have your own boxing gloves and head guards, we encourage you to bring them along. Don’t worry if you don’t— we’ll have plenty of spare boxing gloves available to ensure everyone is fully equipped for the session.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your sparring skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. We look forward to seeing you there!
