Kumite Course

Sensei Ernie is running this irikumi course for brown and black belts, on Sunday April 27th. This is a great opportunity to hone and practice your sparring techniques with the guidance of our chief instructor.

Please bring you sparring gloves and shin / instep guards with you if you have them, in case they are needed.

The cost is £30 for the course, payable on the day (cash only please). There is plenty of parking at the venue, but unfortunately no dedicated changing / showering facilities as it is a primary school.
